The yearly fee
We remind you in the app and by email before it is due, and you pay with an M-Pesa prompt. If you miss it, everything keeps working for 14 more days. After that you can still see and download your records, but new sales stop until you pay.
Opening more branches
Move to a bigger plan from inside the app. You only pay the difference between the plans for the part of the year that is left.
Receiving M-Pesa
With VeliPay you can take M-Pesa straight away, with no paperwork with Safaricom. It keeps 1% of what you receive, and normal M-Pesa or bank charges may apply. If you use your own paybill or till number instead, there is no VeliPay fee.
