Pharmacy POS system in Kenya

Sell at the counter and keep track of every batch you receive and when it expires. General POS records batch and expiry details at receiving, shows what is about to expire, and keeps a prescription reference on the sale where you need one.

Stock you can trust

Batches and expiry dates, from the delivery to the shelf

Batch and expiry at receiving

When a supplier delivery arrives, record the batch number and expiry date for each product against the purchase order. Full and partial deliveries are both supported.

Expiring-stock report

See which received batches have expired or will expire within the window you choose, so you can return or discount them before they become a loss.

Stock counts and transfers

Count the shelves and compare with the system. Move stock between branches and follow each transfer from dispatch to receipt.

Supplier orders

Raise purchase orders to your suppliers, record invoice references and see what you have paid for and received.

At the counter

Fast, careful checkout

Barcode checkout

Scan packs with any USB barcode scanner, or print your own barcode labels for products that do not have one.

Prescription reference

The pharmacy setup adds a prescription reference field to the sale, so the reference is recorded with the receipt.

Stricter defaults

The pharmacy setup starts with cashier discounts switched off and a lower refund limit for supervisors. You can change both in settings.

M-Pesa and cash

Send an M-Pesa prompt to the customer from the till, or take cash. Cashiers open and close shifts and count their drawer.
